We are committed to delivering our industrial engineering equipment, precision parts, and hardware safely, securely, and on schedule to clients worldwide.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
Standard catalog products are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Custom manufactured or high-volume fabrication orders follow the agreed project delivery timeline established during procurement.
2. Packaging and Freight Handling
All industrial shipments are packed using export-grade materials, anti-corrosion wrapping, and robust wooden crating where appropriate to guarantee zero transit damage.
3. Tracking & Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, a tracking ID and freight carrier bill of lading (BOL) are issued. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on destination and shipment weight.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect consignments immediately upon delivery before signing off. In the rare event of transit damage, document photos and notify us within 48 hours for immediate claim resolution.
